In order to secure your spot, the team fee
of $350 is requested by May 10th.

The $12 per additional player above 13
is requested by June 11th.

Canadian teams: we recommend paying by credit card.
Teams are responsible for any bank charges due to
bounced checks. We have had problems in the
past with funds drawn from Canadian banks.
