Directions to fields: English High School, Jamaica Plain By car from the North or West:Take Route 1 to the intersection of Route 203 at the Arborway Rotary. Take a right off the rotary onto Route 203, past the Arnold Arboretum on the right, following the signs to Dorchester. Exit just before the Forest Hills overpass. Turn left at the bottom of the exit ramp. Take first right, then first left onto Washington St. The fields are 3 blocks down on the left at the corner of Washington and Williams St. Field 1 is closest to Washington St. Field 3 is next to the basketball courts. By car from the South or East:Take Route 203 (Gallivan Blvd.) west toward Jamaica Plain. Gallivan Blvd. becomes Morton Street. At the Franklin Park Rotary, exit just before the overpass ramp. Turn right onto Washington St. The fields are 3 blocks down on the left at the corner of Washington and Williams St. Park on Williams St. if possible, or in the lots on either side of Williams St. at the High School or the basketball courts. Field 1 is closest to Washington St. Field 3 is next to the basketball courts. From the T:Take the Orange Line to Green Street. Walk up the steps/escalator and out the door on your right. Immediately take a right onto the street running parallel to the tracks and head towards Forest Hills. About a block down this street and on the left you will see basketball courts. Right behind them is the field. Field 1 is closest to Washington St. Field 3 is next to the basketball courts. Alternate Directions From the T:Take the Orange Line to Forest Hills. Walk down the steps toward the bus kiosk, and turn left onto Washington St. Walk past the Arborway bus stop on the right and continue down Washington Street for 3 blocks. The fields are on the left at the corner of Washington and Williams St. Field 1 is closest to Washington St. Field 3 is next to the basketball courts. (Direction details)Daisy Field, Jamaica Plain  Daisy is a two-baseball, one soccer lighted field in Olmstead Park in Jamaica Plain. By car: Take Jamaicaway south over Rt. 9 and past small (Leverett) pond. At next light, make a right onto Willow Pond Rd. and park in small parking lot or along road. Coming north along Jway, look for Bynner St. on right (next intersection after Perkins St.), and make left on to Willow Pond Rd. at light. MBTA Directions: 1) (15 min. walk) Take E Green Line to last stop, Heath St. From stop continue south along S. Huntingdon St. 0.3 miles to Bynner St. Make a right on Bynner St. and continue 0.1 miles. Olmstedt Park/Daisy field is at intersection of Jamaicaway with Willow Pond Rd. 2) (5 min. walk) Take #39 bus (bus route map) out of Copley Sq. towards Forest Hills. #39 stops at corner of S. Huntington and Bynner St. Follow Bynner St. 0.1 miles west to Jamaicaway; Olmstedt Park/Daisy field is at intersection with Willow Pond Rd. (Direction details) Tufts field (not Tufts U.), Medford Located on Morton St. off of Main St. in MedfordDriving Directions: From Davis Square: Leave Davis Sq., on College Ave. Come to the Powder House Rotary. Exit the rotary at the second street, Warner St. (the first street will be Broadway). Warner St. will shortly change names to Harvard St. Go through a traffic light (at Boston Ave.), under a railroad overpass, and come to a second traffic light at Main St. Turn right on Main St. Pass two side streets on the right. You may notice Tufts Pool on the right, and the road beginning to fork. Stay to the right, and turn down the next street, Morton St. Tufts Park is on your right. Park on the right hand side of the street, or in a parking lot on the right at the far end of the park. From I-93: Take exit 32, (Route 60, Medford Square.). Head Westbound, heading into Medford Sq. Go straight through the first traffic light. Get in left hand lane. At the next traffic light (in the center of Medford Sq.), the left two lane bear to the left. Follow these two lanes. Go under the overpass (you are going under Route 16). Switch to the right hand lane, and stay to the right at the fork in the road. You will now be on Main St. in Medford. (You will see a Store 24 on your right, and a Mobil gas station on your left just after the fork). Stay on Main St. through two flashing yellow lights, and then through a full traffic light at Harvard St. Continue on Main St. Pass two side streets on the right. You may notice Tufts Pool on the right, and the road beginning to fork. Stay to the right, and turn down the next street, Morton St. Tufts Park is on your right. FROM THE WEST (Weston): Take Rte 90 East (Mass Pike) to Exit 18 Cambridge/Allston/Brighton After tollbooth, bear RIGHT towards Cambridge Go straight through 3 lights (this will have you cross Storrow Drive and Memorial Drive) You will be on River Street heading into Central Square Once you cross Mass Ave in Central Square, River Street's name changes to Prospect Street Go straight for about 0.5 miles and at Hampshire St (Hess gas station, 7-11 and KFC/Taco Bell are on 3 different corners), take a LEFT onto Hampshire Street Go straight through the first traffic light (Inman Square), once you pass Walgreen's Pharmacy on the left, the street name changes to Beacon Street, Somerville Go straight and at second traffic light (not including flashing yellows), take a RIGHT onto Park Drive. Go to the first and only traffic light, and take a LEFT onto Somerville Ave Conway Park will be on your left.
