(Direction details) Daisy Field, Jamaica Plain  Daisy is a two-baseball, one soccer lighted field in Olmstead Park in Jamaica Plain. By car: Take Jamaicaway south over Rt. 9 and past small (Leverett) pond. At next light, make a right onto Willow Pond Rd. and park in small parking lot or along road. Coming north along Jway, look for Bynner St. on right (next intersection after Perkins St.), and make left on to Willow Pond Rd. at light. MBTA Directions: 1) (15 min. walk) Take E Green Line to last stop, Heath St. From stop continue south along S. Huntingdon St. 0.3 miles to Bynner St. Make a right on Bynner St. and continue 0.1 miles. Olmstedt Park/Daisy field is at intersection of Jamaicaway with Willow Pond Rd. 2) (5 min. walk) Take #39 bus (bus route map) out of Copley Sq. towards Forest Hills. #39 stops at corner of S. Field LayoutThe Winsor School has space for 4 fields. Field 1 and Field 2 share the soccer field closest to the gym and parking lot (at the top right of the map linked above), while Field 3 and Field 4 share the soccer field closest to the tennis courts.
Directions by TThe "D" line Longwood stop is directly across the Riverway from the Winsor School. The "E" line Longwood stop is approximately 1/2 mile away on Longwood Avenue. The area is also served by the number 47 bus from Cambridge, as well as other bus lines.

ParkingPlayers may park in the Winsor School lot if necessary. Note that on nights of Red Sox home games it will be necessary to manually open and close the gates to the parking lot, so as to avoid having Red Sox game attendees park in the lot. Garage parking is available in the area as well.
