Middle School tournament

Congratulations to Shady Hill School for handily winning the first BUDA middle school tournament. We had six teams from Eastern MA and RI. Shady Hill not only won all their games, but they showed a lot of class and respect in how they did so. All the teams played hard and well, and all the coaches are to be commended for bringing out their best.

We hope to run a hat-style middle school tournament in late July (details in June), and another school-based tournament in the fall. Our hope is to help raise the number and proficiency of middle school programs in the area to make it easier for each of your programs to find some good local games.

Summer Youth Program

Registration is now open for BUDA's Youth Summer Program for students entering grades 3 - 9. Due to field space constraints, we will have to limit participants, so don't wait. Click here to register through Lexington Department of Recreation (open to kids from all towns).

Our current after-school program (filled up) is running right now, and the kids and coaches are having a fantastic time. The summer program will keep the same awesome ratio of one coach for every 10 kids, but we'll organize it a bit more like teams so that it has a league feel. Kids will get plenty of great instruction, plus scrimmaging. More advanced kids will get the opportunity to scrimmage an outside team.

Summer Hat League 2013

Registration is being kept open through Sunday, May 19th at 5 PM for men and Wednesday, May 22nd at 5 PM for women! There are spots still available (especially for women). Send in your waiver and register ASAP! Check out the 2013 Summer Hat League page for more information.

Learning League 2013

The learning league is designed for people who want to learn ultimate and aren't ready to jump right into our hat and club leagues. We'll cover the fundamentals, from throws and catches, to marking and flow. It's a fun, casual, and non-competitive environment.

Volunteer Coach for YMCA

Dorchester YMCA at 776 Washington Street is looking for someone to come in on any day, Monday to Friday, 2 pm - 6 pm. Team registration for the 2013 Summer Club League season is now open! To register a team, captains simply need to log in to their BUDA Captain's Page, and select the link to register Summer Club team.

Spring Hat League 2013

Registration for the 2013 Spring Hat League opened in early March. Check the Spring Hat League page for more information including Grand Masters information.

Registration closed for most leagues but is still open for Grand Masters and there are some slots still open for female players.
