Welcome to the first ever Spring GrandMasters League (men 40+, women 35+).  Unlike the past two Fall seasons, this Spring GM League will be open, not mixed.  That means no gender rules.

Games in Lexington will run Sundays 3pm - 7pm from April 11 - May 16.  Games in JP (separate league) will run on Friday nights April 9 - May 28.

To register, please go to your player page to sign up for a team or to put your name into the draft for the Lexington Club League, or put your name into the virtual hat for the JP Hat League.  Both leagues are GM, just run in different locations.

If you're a captain, go to your captain page and register your team !

In all cases, you may need to update your profile first as we now require a full DOB instead of just the year of birth (previous format).  If you have questions, please email gm at buda dot org.

In 2009, the BUDA Fall GrandMasters League will enter its second year by expanding to two geographical divisions, JP and Lexington.  Both divisions will run Friday evenings, September 11th - October 23rd.  Playoffs will run on the last 2 or 3 weeknights, so no weekend play! Note that FGML is a mixed 5/2 league at this point.  As it grows, we will consider multiple divisions (Open, Mixed 4/3).

The format of this league in terms of registration will be similar to SCL and FCL. You can register with a team, or submit your name to be chosen by an existing team. One difference between this league and the others is that we will conduct a draft a week before the season starts in an attempt to allocate all players on this list. You can submit your name into the draft from a link on your Player's Page (if you login then you're brought to your Player's Page automatically).

BUDA will then provide the lighted fields and a precise schedule for each team. Because of the packed weekends due to club tournaments and other BUDA league playoffs, and from feedback from GrandMasters players, we will again run the FGML playoffs on weeknights the last two or three weeks of the season.  No weekend play.
