Grand Masters Ultimate is a new division for men who are 40 years old, or women who are 35 years old, as of the end of the calendar year. There is some discussion in the Ultimate community about whether there should be Masters and Grand Masters divisions, or just one. At this time, BUDA feels that Boston has enough older players who would like to compete against similarly aged players, and so we're going to run a couple tournaments, and perhaps start a division in the club (corporate) leagues. For upcoming events, there will be an 8-team division at the Mixed & Masters Easterns tournament June 7&8 (one-day only for Grand Masters). Registration is $10/player. Note that you do have to be a UPA member to play at Easterns. We are considering a GM coed division for the Fall Club League (FCL) in 2008.
