Mailing Policy
Approximately one month before the start of a seasonal league, BUDA e-mails a registration announcement to all people in our database who have selected to receive e-mails. Under rare circumstances, we might also send via US mail information to active participates (played in a league within the past year) who have select to also receive postal mail.

In addition to registration forms, BUDA will occasionally send out email regarding other issues (for example, Good Cause tournament information).

We do not share or sell personal information with third parties. However, if you play in a hat league, your e-mail and telephone numbers will be given to your captain so they can contact you.If you captain a team in a hat league, your e-mail will be shared with the other captains so they can also contact you if necessary.

SCL "recruitment" Policy
Since teams that compete in the Summer Club League (SCL) are individually run entities, BUDA does not place people in this league. We do however maintain a "recruitment" list of players that are interested in joining a SCL team.This list is made available to team captains. If they are interested in you, they will contact you.
